Fusilloni with broccoli cream
FUSILLONI WITH BROCCOLI CREAM, CRISPY CHEEK AND PECORINO
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 500g of fusilloni d’Aragona
- 1 Roman broccoli
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of chilli pepper
- 6 slices of bacon cut thick
- 100g of grated pecorino romano
In a saucepan, brown the garlic, oil and chilli pepper, add the broccoli and cook adding a little water.
Aside, brown the bacon cut into strips and add it to the broccoli.
Drain the fusilli of Aragon in the broccoli and stir in the pecorino romano.
